Love the 930! It is a great venue with ample views of the band and great sound quality. They have switched to using recyclable cups which is cool and offer at least one nonalcoholic beer

Top-tier DC venue that played a massive role in making me the music nerd (snob) I am today. Reliably good sound and fantastic sight lines. The balcony/mezzanine (with seats!) is a nice section for chilling and/or resting yr weary bones. I’ve seen bands here for decades— Spoon played a mind-blowing set here tonight and also played one here in 2002. If a band you like is coming to 930, buy tickets and force your friends to go too. Don’t think twice.

The venue itself provides a uniquely enjoyable experience to endulge in your favorite singer/band. Great viewing from from any spot you choose to stand in and acoustics are on point. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Going out of their way to assure your visit is one to remember. The only reasons I wouldn't rate this venue with 5 stars is (A) I've often dealt with shortage of staffing In the kitchen. Ultimately leaving you to wait long periods of time for your order and sometimes missing being with your loved ones to enjoy the show with. And (B) the standing only rule. It is a struggle to stand that long in a crowded, warm room. But to be fair, I must point out the positive outlooks to my gripes. First being that though the food takes a while, everything on the menu is very good! Secondly, though it's standing only, there is a VERY SMALL section with bar stools to accommodate for those with disabilities/handicaps. I would absolutely recommend this venue for any concert goers! Enjoy!
